Civil Engineering, Land Development Engineering Concentration, B.S.C.E.

Program Overview

Civil engineers who have specialized knowledge in land development are in high demand due to the increasing migration of industry and residential neighborhoods into rural areas. As a student in the B.S. in Civil Engineering with a land development concentration, you can select among several elective courses including land development fundamentals, engineering studio, advanced site analysis, stormwater and sustainability. 

Upon completion of the requirements described in this program, you’ll receive a special designation on your transcript showing you’ve completed the Concentration in Land Development Engineering. You’ll be equipped to pursue careers throughout rural and urban regions, supporting the evolving development of property.
